Debbie Holy, co-owner and President
Ms. Holy manages the company, marketing and continued growth. With more than 25 years in Information Technology—including systems and application programming, consulting sales management, and human resources—she gives clients the security of a widely experienced, hands-on consultant both during and after the sales process. Her dual-degree in Marketing and Management is from John Carroll University.

Ellie Chalko, co-owner and Executive Vice President
Ms. Chalko is responsible for Cynergies business operations, infrastructure and growth. She has over 25 years of experience in Operations Management including Customer Service management, Information Systems and Technology Operations. Ellie holds a Bachelor's degree from Xavier University.

Patrick Renier, Executive Director
Mr. Renier manages sales and recruiting for the organization. He has over 15 years of sales and leadership experience including Technical Recruiter, Sales Executive, Director of Business Operations and Business Development, Recruiting Manager and Director of Sales. Patrick has his bachelor’s degree in Advertising and Marketing from Ball State University.
